What to Expect:
Initial visit typically lasts 45-60 minutes. During your first visit, you can expect the following:
- Full Exam
- Report of Findings
- Review Individualized Patient Treatment Plan
After initial appointment, follow-up visits are 10-15 minutes. The goal of any treatment is to get you back functioning as well as possible without pain and limitation. You may be given specific guidelines that will be expected to follow to ensure the best outcome.
What to Wear
Please come with workout clothing. Treatment is most effective without restricted clothing. For example, if you have a shoulder complaint, please wear a tank top. If you have pain from the lower back or below, wear running shorts.
